Carpet Cleaning

Standard

Our "Standard" full service cleaning includes the pre-vacuuming of your carpets to remove most dry soil before we begin, the pre-treating of all your stains and traffic areas to loosen the sugars and oils on those stubborn areas, the cleaning which is all hot water extraction (more commonly called "steam cleaning") from truck mounted units ensuring a powerful and deep cleaning, a post cleaning fiber rinse (this step is important because it is like a fabric softener for your carpet removing any residual left behind and neutralizing the PH in your carpet which will keep it cleaner longer) and a thorough grooming of your cut pile* carpet to lift the pile and reduce drying times. (*grooming is not performed on berber carpets)

Dri-Magic

Our Dri-Magic service includes everything in the standard service except the cleaning is performed using a different tool.  It is still hot water extraction, but the rotary Dri-Master leaves up to 6 times less water in your carpet resulting in faster dry time.  This tool requires more cleaning time than the standard, but you can resume normal traffic on the carpet more quickly after your Dri-Magic cleaning is completed.

RX-20 Heavy Duty

This service level is most commonly used in commercial application with heavy soiling, but can also be used when a much more aggressive approach is needed in a residential application.  This cleaning is performed with a much heavier rotary unit which is capable of greater agitation of the carpet fibers.
