Q. What method of cleaning do you use to clean carpet & upholstery?
A.The method that we use is called hot water extraction method or steam cleaning.This is the only method recommended by the carpet manufacturers. And can actually void your warranty if you use another method on your new carpet.
Q. Are your chemicals that you use safe?
A. Absolutely all of our chemicals are laboratory tested for safety with children and pets.
Q. How long does the carpet take to dry?A. Depending on humidity levels it should be 90% dry in several hours.
Q. How many times a year should I get my carpets cleaned?
A. Most carpet manufacturers recommend that your carpet be cleaned at least every 18 months. People with with allergies and breathing problems may want to have them cleaned every 6 months to alleviate symptoms.
Q. What type of equipment do you use?.
A. All of our cleaning equipment is truck mounted which means a better quality cleaning for you.
